- 50 Milliliter trockenes Gipspulver werden mit 25 Milliliter flüssigem Wasser angerührt. Daraus wurden ausgehärtet nur rund 30 ml Gipsklumpen. Diese Verringerung des Volumens nennt man auch eine Volumenkontraktion.
